維修單申請 RMA Request

請填妥您的維修資料，送出後所填Email信箱會收到確認信，再請您以所填姓名與Email與系統產生的申請單號，查詢維修進度。For Return Merchandise Authorization service, please fill in the request form. You will receive a confirmaton email with an RMA number after sending the request. You can check the RMA status online with your name, email & RMA number.
