The Edimax IR-123E is a 3 megapixel vari-focal bullet network camera. The vari-focal lens of IR-123E is  f=3.3~12mm, and can be manually adjusted. IR-123E records 2048 x 1536 resolution videos at 20 frames per second. The high resolution and frame rate allow the user to capture detailed videos in an area many times larger than conventional network cameras.

High Quality Videos with Small File Sizes
With Edimax’s superior H.264 video compression technology, IR-123E is capable of recording videos at high resolution and clarity, while at the same time keeping file sizes small. This allows for optimized network bandwidth and storage efficiency. The IR-123E also comes with a SD/SDHC memory card slot for local storage, in the event of network transmission interruption.

Night Vision
The IR-123E is equipped with built-in IR LEDs, giving it night vision up to 25 meters. With these capabilities, the IR-123E can record crisp and clear videos and images even in low light situations.

Power over Ethernet
The Edimax IR-123E model complies with the IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet standard, allowing power and data transmission over a single Ethernet cable, thus eliminating the hassle of needing to install an additional power cable and adapter.

Free 32-Channel Viewer Software and Remote Viewing
The IR-123E comes with the EdiView32 software, a 32-channel viewing, recording and management program that allows for simultaneous live monitoring and high-resolution video recording. Additionally, with the Edisecurity Smartphone Viewer application, users will be able to see images from the IR-123E from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.
