The MG-1000AT series are Gigabit Copper Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) Modules that plug into any standard SFP interface and work with any Edimax switch SFP slots for 1000Base-T Gigabit transmission over standard Cat. 5 twisted-pair copper. They are compatible with Gigabit Ethernet and 1000BASE-T standards as specified in IEEE 802.3ab. The MG-1000AT series copper SFP modules can be utilized in a wide range of Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options for enterprise, data center and service provider applications.
